Jason Saruya

Jason Saruya defends companies in a wide range of litigation fields and has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts. He has assisted on cases involving intellectual property, trade secrets, shareholder disputes, business torts, breach of contract, securities fraud, international trade, and employment issues. 

Jason is skilled in all phases of litigation, including jury and non-jury trials, injunction proceedings, depositions, and drafting various court submissions, including dispositive motions. Jason’s clients include Fortune 100 companies in the insurance, banking and pharmaceutical arenas, as well as closely held and small businesses. During his career, Jason has led product liability cases that involved complex multidistrict litigation and statewide coordination proceedings.
