Colin Devlin focuses his practice on estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, asset protection, and business law. He advises individuals, families, and business owners on strategies to preserve wealth and achieve their planning goals in the most tax-efficient manner. Colin regularly counsels fiduciaries on their responsibilities in administering trusts and estates.
Colin guides clients through complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate tax planning, and succession planning. He also represents clients in partnership disputes and other closely held business matters.
Prior to joining Lex Nova Law, Colin practiced in the Trusts & Estates department of a Philadelphia law firm and at a boutique firm in southern New Jersey. He previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Nan S. Famular, P.J.S.C. in Camden County, New Jersey, where he gained valuable experience in both the Chancery and Family Divisions.
Outside of his legal practice, Colin serves on the Board of Uncommon Schools – Camden Prep, the Camden Catholic High School Hall of Fame Committee and coaches in the Haddonfield Youth Basketball Association.
